Our house offers pleasant tranquillity due to its privileged location in the recreation area Leins.
Our non-smoking apartments have a living area of 55 m2 or 65 m2, which should give you enough space to review the impressions of the day.
Both apartments are located on the first floor of the house and each has two separate bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. In addition, both apartments have a large balcony with an indescribable view of the beautiful Pitztal.
WINTER IN THE PITZTAL
Snow, games and fun
In the winter season you can easily reach the family-friendly Hochzeiger ski area, which is only about 5 km away by bus. In addition, we offer our guests the possibility to use our own ski depot, which is directly at the Hochzeiger ski area, so you will be spared some inconvenience.

Hiking trails and mountain bike tours can also be used directly in front of the house. Due to its central location, you can reach various passes or high alpine roads with your motorbike in just a few minutes. After only a short time of travel you can use all offered activities of the Pitztal, Ötztal and Gurgltal.
